Cost Estimation:
- Collect equipment / components cost information from SAP.
- Estimate costs with support by product/project manager, procurement manager, etc.
- Develop database for equipment / components cost estimation.
- Analyse cost elements and propose possibilities for cost reduction.
- Calculate sales price for scope of supply by Andritz China (if required) and submit for approval.
Sales:
- Create sales opportunities, follow up progress and make effort to win orders.
- Analyses customer document / inquiry, and clarify open/missing/unclear points.
- Evaluate technical & commercial risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Actively participate and give input to the sales strategy development.
- Organizes sales meetings with customer.
- Works out and responsible for sales presentations.
- Analyse cost elements and propose possibilities for cost reduction/ competitive solutions.
- Check pricing for scope of supply by Andritz China and submit for approval.
- Prepare / collect all necessary document for approval, submit and get approval before offering budgetary / binding proposal, Prepare / collect document for bid offer.
- Support sales team leader and take coordinated actions.
- Cooperate with other functions in the sales team (commercial, legal, etc.)
- Negotiate independently (if authorized) or support negotiation of technical document, commercial terms.
- Responsible for timely input and updating of CRM until contract award with as won/lost data, and submit the updated Digital Approval as sold.
- Transfer successful sales project to execution team.
- Collect feedback from project execution team and improve sales performance.
- Collect information of Wood Processing market (including competitors), make analysis and strategy to develop business in China Marketing and promotion of Wood Processing in China.
- Share sales information /knowledge with sales team.
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers and business related organizations (consulting /engineering companies, associations, etc.).
- Prepare technical /commercial proposal (if required).
- Translate document into English /Chinese (if required).
Other, Non-sales & cost estimation related:
- Support project manager to urge customer to make the delayed payment.
- Support Technology, Product, Project and Service manager(s).
- Improve processes, standards, tools and skill levels within the organization together with other members of Wood Processing.
Competence:
- Bachelor degree, Major in mechanical / engineering, P&P technology or equipment is preferred.
- Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking).
- At least 2 years sales /project management experience.
- MS Office (word, PowerPoint,excel, outlook, etc.).
- Excellent communication skill with customer and internal support functions.
- Excellent team spirit.
- Good understanding of project execution.
