Major Duties:
Customer Relationship Management
• Establish, keep and maintain good relationship with customers
• Visit customer mills in regular basis and issue mill visit reports
• Follow up and take agreed actions
• Market and competitor analysis
Sales
• Prepare marketing and sales strategies and plans
• Responsible for the sales process from marketing products and services, receiving inquiries and turning them into competitive quotations
• Manage the quotation process in cooperation with the back office and product groups
• Negotiate quotations and make contracts
• Follow up orders and projects
Competence:
• Bsc. or Msc. in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Process)
• English (good verbal and written)
• Min 3 years’ experience in heavy industry
• Experience in pulp and paper and/or manufacturing industry is considered as an advantage
• Experience in sales and negotiating
• Experience in working at global environment/company
• MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer service oriented
• Good social, communication and team working skills
• Proactive, independent and result-driven working style
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Willingness and flexibility to travel
