Job title:  Sales & Service Engineer

Responsible for below mentioned tasks and areas :

•      Scope of work: all pumps of EPU division in China: Standard pumps, Engineering pumps

•      Respond and analyzing customer’s enquiry

•      On-site service

•      Trouble shooting

•      Communicate with AAG and AOY for technical support

•      Communicate with Project \ Engineering \ Order processing team and local agent,

•      Support sales managers,

•      Offer the training to the customer

Competence:

• College or Bachelor degree
• Good English communication skill both in writing and speaking
• More than 3 years' experience in mechanical maintenance in paper industry, project experience is preferred
• Proficient in Office software
