Major Duties:

•      Manage the standalone sales activities of the PP-AD organization’s products and services of the target region towards achieving sales goals including profitable growth

•      Ensure that ‘all’ PP-AD standalone products and services are promoted within the region.

•      Implement agreed short and long-term sales strategies for the assigned region.

•      Responsible for achieving regional sales and gross margin targets for stand-alone business segments.

•      Ensure effective sales network and coverage of the region.

•      Interact with PP-AD Product Groups and with the different PP services regional organization to guarantee alignment on the solutions for the customer in an integrated and seamless way.

•      Help to develop the regional organization to be lean and efficient with the support of the Global Product teams.

•      Resource planning for the region to balance future sales activties and cover target customers. (e.g. Number of resources to be hire, in which country, which profile, etc.);

•      Performance management of agents, distributors, and other sales channels in the region.

•      Enforcing that company sales, execution and services processes and policies are implemented and adhered to in the region.

•      Effectively understand and analyses customer technical, commercial, and financial needs to offer win-win solutions.

•      Participating in negotiation of important and larger contracts in the region.

•      Monitor and report on competitive situation in the region.

•      Setting and managing sales&marketing budgets, performance of business in the region.

•      Sales forecasting monthly, yearly and mid-term planning forecasts.

•      Promote knowledge sharing in the region as well as across the global organization.

•      Show strong leadership by setting clear expectations and developing the skills and competencies of the employees in the sales teams.

•      Reinforce the behaviors of #1ANDRITZWay in being a role model to the team and to the whole organization.

 

Requirements:

•      Business management;

•      Pulp & Paper Industry background

•      Proven track record in digitalization

•      Exposure to Automation is a must

•      Project and Services process knowledge

•      Sales and marketing principles;

•      English fluency;

•      Spoken language in the region
