Responsibilities:
• HQ reception and management
Responsible for:
-- Receiving guests
-- Welcome board preparing
-- Telephone receiving
-- Meeting room management
-- Sending & receiving files from ASP/AEP/ACP to HQ
-- Updating hotline navigation
• Support related work of administrative works
Responsible for:
-- EMS Express/ Business card making, including payment process
-- 10 & 20& 30years employee certificate making including payment process
-- Daily consumables and ATC office furniture procurement
-- Updating HQ/ACP/AEP/ASP Employee Seating Chart
-- Renew contract and finish payment process for HQ & ACP parking lot
-- Renew leasing agreement for HQ property on 11F
-- Assist organize the preparation for AD Department annual dinner party
--Project participating;
--Follow-up on HQ Logistics and Maintenance Projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business English Major
• Fluent speaking & writing English
• Skilled mastery of Microsoft Office
