Job title:  Quality Coordinator and Service Engineer

Major Duties:

•     As a quality coordinator for PES/PEW division quality issue follow up, working with QM, PC, product groups and AF product home.

•     Working with QM division team for customer satisfaction investigation and internal audit.

•     Keep screening product supplying chain stable and improvement continuously, ensuring our raw materials cost in a reasonable level.

•     Proficiency using SAP and AV formula system to management screening product group drawings and handling some BOM materials item missing issue.

•     Support division all product group processing quality issue and record relevant cost.

•     Working with screening product manager doing basket cost analyses and find out the un-reasonable items, providing improvement solution and follow up.

•     Traveling with service engineer or sales to customer side to handling claims and providing professional onsite service.

Requirements:

•     College or bachelor degree of paper making industry （processing）/Mechanical manufacturing processing and equipment

•     More than three years experience of production or service experience of the paper making/mechanical industry

•     Good English in writing, reading and speaking

•     Good cooperation with team spirit

•     Good communication skill with customer and internal

•     Good CAD/SAP/AV formula knowledge
