Major Duties:

•    Master Data Management 
•    Purchase Order execution 
•    Clarification and follow up on delivery dates  with demand holder and supplier after PO has been placed •    Monitoring of Purchase Orders (order confirmation monitoring, reminder handling, delivery dates, inspection co-ordination, etc.)
•    Purchase order change management
•    Transportation co-ordination
•    Goods receipt: clarifications with suppliers, demand holders, etc.
•    Invoice: clarification with suppliers, demand holders, etc.
•    Handling of complaints, penalties, etc.
•    Reporting (weekly reports, statistics, etc.)
•    Office administration, filing, etc.
•    Continuous review and identify areas of improvement within ASAP workflow for operational procurement applications
 

Competencies:
•    B.S. or M.S. Mechanial Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience

•    Fluently speak and writing in English and Chinese

•    1-5 years of progressive experience in purchasing or engineering related field preferably in connection or attached to the domestics pulp and paper industry. Excellent fresh graduate can also be considered
•    Knowledge of the company’s products
•    Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
•    Healthy, sunny and active
