Task:

      Reporting to Capital Project Manager during warranty period

      Handling of warranty issues and punch list as per Project Management instructions including budget and coordination of resources (engineering, purchasing, workforce at the site)

      Keeping logbook of all relevant milestones and incidents during warranty period

      Communication with the customer and technical support

      Collection of relevant data from the customer

      Feedback reporting to Product Home

      Reporting identified service and maintenance needs (sales leads to Sales)

      Planning of site and shutdown activities

      Inspections for the process and equipment

      Process and product Know How of main processes.

      Understanding of the value and the benefits of the products from the customers point of view.

      Field installation and shut down experience.

      Understanding of mechanical engineering and product development

      Proactive attitude with service mindset

 

Personal Competences:

      Fluent in English language
