Major Duties:

• Establish contacts to customer and to internal partner as necessary for order processing
• Prepare quotation with SAP system timely and effective
• Make sure that all relevant, scope of order, delivery, costs etc. are correct and accurate for order execution with SAP system
• Be responsible for project/order management and eliminate and mitigate deviations in time and assist sales, PM, and QMfor claim management, e.g., NCR management
 • Coordination with departments (OP, QA, PC, FICO) involved in project execution 
• Arrange and follow up for quality and inspection planning 
• Assure high OTP (On Time Percentage >90%) as per the committed dates
• Control and responsible for project/order costs
• Monthly sales amount and invoicing
• Control receivables in close cooperation with the sales team
• Input work hours as required
