Responsibilities:
1. Working instruction system creating.制作作业指导书

2. In-house manufacturing cost estimation.内部制造成本估算
- Cost estimation for in-house related manufacturing cost, engineering cost, Quality cost and other relative costs if needed.内部制造成本、设计工艺成本、质量成本和其他相关成本估算
3. Process design.工艺设计
- Analyzing manufacturing capability.分析制造能力
- Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction and short lead time.持续分析制造流程,以提高质量、降低成本和缩短交货周期
- New parts routing and process design.新工件创建制作工艺和工艺设计
- Repair parts routing and process design.维修工件创建routing和工艺设计
- Analyzes and plans the labour utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and workspace for maximum efficiency.分析并规划劳动力利用率、空间需求、工作流程和工作空间,实现最高效率。
4. Continue improvement. 持续改进
- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, materials and parts, manufacturing processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.开发、评估和改进制造方法、材料和零件、制造工艺、工具和生产设备能力、装配方法和质量控制标准

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above 本科或以上学历
• Qualified welding engineer (IWE/IWT is preferred) 具备焊接工程师资质(IWE/IWT优选)
• Good English reading and writing 英语读写能力良好
• Know well about the related welding standards. 熟悉相关焊接标准
• System understanding of the welding quality management system. 系统理解焊接质量管理体系
• Experienced in welding deformation control. 对焊接变形的控制,有丰富的经验
• Be familiar with the common welding methods and welding process verification test. 熟悉常用焊接方法及焊接工艺验证测试
• Familiar with the welding process of common stainless-steel materials. 熟悉常用不锈钢材料的焊接工艺
• Optimize the welding sequence to guide the fabrication process. 优化焊接顺序,引导制作过程
• Prepare the weld layout drawing and specify the WPS. 编制焊缝布置图,并指定焊接工艺
• Improve the unreasonable weld design. 对不合理的焊缝设计,提出改进建议
• Verify and improve the welding symbol and groove design on the drawings. 对图纸上的焊接符号及坡口设计,进行验证和改进
• Familiar with the relevant standards of pressure vessels 熟悉压力容器相关标准
• Familiar with NDT and heat treatment related knowledge 熟悉无损检测和热处理的相关知识
• Reading drawing skills 良好的机械图纸月度能力
