Major Duties:
• Assist General manager for division management
• Responsible for marketing activities
Assistant to General Manager:
• Assist GM to manage office affairs
• Reponsible for communication with HQ, other functional departments and Labour Union
• Organize training for PPP people, update training report quarterly
• Assist PPP people for all IT service issues, prepare IT investment plan
• Organize activities of PCF & PRC&PPO&PSS division
• Purchase of general articles for office
• Responsible for Office equipment maintenance
• Archive contract document, upload scan to share folder according to the classification of product group (both technical and commercial
• Make a plan for the reception of visitors
• Coordinate division car use and arrange service car booking
• Manage visa application and book international ticket for PPP division people
• Check the cost of air tickets & division car & service cars, and ask for clarification in case of question / problem
• Collect attendance report of the team members
• Issue invitation letter, make hotel reservation and ticket booking for global PPP people if necessary
Marketing specialist:
• Plan and participate marketing activites
• Assist company marketing department to promote PPP business
• Write and organize to write marketing articles
• Translte marketing materials related to PPP business
• Collect PPT from product home and upload into share folder
• Update PPP brochures both in Chinese and English in public folders
• Coordinate Corporate Marketing activities and collect articles to be published in Newsletter
• Summarize win & loss quarterly of all concluded PPP sales projects, and update reference list accordingly
• Add new contact into Customer Contact List
• Assist Customer Satisfaction Survey
Competencies:
• Bachelor or above, major in Business Administration/ Marketing / English, etc.
• At least 3 year’ relevant working experience
• Strong communication skills to drive constructive working relationships with people from different functions, countries and cultures
• Result-oriented and self-motivated with creative and logic thinking
• Have a good command of English and Chinese, both oral and in writing
• Skillful in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skill with internal support functions and customer
• Excellent team spirit
