Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the main interface to customers and external partners for order processing and project execution.

  • Arrange and coordinate delivery and project execution plans in line with contractual and service requirements.

  • Ensure that all relevant and valid information regarding safety, scope of supply, functional requirements, deadlines, and costs is available for project execution across involved departments.

  • Coordinate necessary activities across internal departments (Operations, Quality Assurance, Planning & Control, Finance & Controlling) to support smooth project execution.

  • Follow up material, equipment, and service delivery status with suppliers and internal production units; perform expediting activities where necessary to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Monitor delivery milestones and proactively identify potential delays; escalate risks in a timely manner and coordinate corrective actions with Procurement, Planning, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Arrange and follow up quality assurance and inspection activities according to project requirements.

  • Continuously monitor project progress and individual contributions; initiate corrective actions in case of deviations from project targets.

  • Ensure a high level of On-Time Performance (OTP > 90%) in line with committed delivery dates.

  • Control project-related costs and support monthly sales reporting and invoicing activities.

  • Control and follow up receivables in close cooperation with the sales team.

  • Coordinate and support the handling of customer complaints and related resolution measures.


Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical or commercial discipline.

Working Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution, order handling, service business, or related engineering roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in delivery coordination, schedule control, or order fulfillment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in supplier or internal production follow-up, including expediting or delivery status tracking, is an advantage.

Professional Skills

  • Solid understanding of project execution processes, including delivery planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to monitor delivery status, identify potential delays, and proactively escalate risks.
  • Capability to coordinate expediting activities with Procurement, Planning, suppliers, and internal stakeholders without replacing purchasing decision authority.
  • Good understanding of On-Time Performance (OTP) and delivery-related KPIs.
  • Familiar with SAP order handling and delivery-related modules, as well as CRM systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Language Skills

  • Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with global internal teams and external partners.
