Job Description:

• Conduct on-site safety training for new employees, daily on-site safety inspection, ensure safe operation of workshop, 5S management of workshop
• According to the plan requirements, strictly implement the daily production plan, help the front-line employees to solve the feedbacks in the production process, and promote the production schedule
• According to the workshop load, flexibly arrange the daily work tasks of staff, and effectively supervise and manage the completion of daily tasks
• Urge workshop staff to fill in production records and quality inspection data accurately according to requirements
• Work in three shifts, ensure oral and written handover before each shift, participate in handover, and be responsible for tracking the handover of each shift, as well as the progress of various tasks and problems encountered
• For the various problems in the workshop, I can quickly respond and solve the problems, and actively communicate and coordinate with the relevant person in charge to follow up the progress
