Job title:  Data Processing Internship

Major Duties:

• Skilled in SAP, WMS and MES system.(such as Material receipt, finished goods receipt，purchase consumables, planning material, spray material, manufacturing material, machine processing material, other warehouse material, etc.)
• Clean up data of SAP, WMS and MES system.(such as SAP 922, WMS TO, MES loading and unloading data, etc.)   
• Handle material dumps.(such as change of WBS, change of material number, change of qualified status, etc.)
• Handle various reports (such as inventory report, surplus material report, RD report, etc.)
• Processing of warehouse data (incoming and outgoing, warehouse rent, etc.)
• Handle inventory data
• Follow up and deal with all kinds of problems (supplier material receipt, material shortage, warehousing problem, RD material cleaning, etc.)
• Filing all kinds of documents

Competencies:

• Bachelor degree
• Having accounting certificate is preferred. Be skilled at SAP is preferred
• Warehouse data processing experience is preferred
• Be familar with office softwares, good at handling reports
• Good English skills
• Careful, good communication skills and can work under pressure
