Key Responsibilities:
1. Charging Preparation and Material Feeding
- Verify and prepare scrap steel, alloys, and other furnace materials in accordance with charging instructions.
- Ensure accurate and orderly loading of materials into the charging car through equipment operation or coordinated manual handling, strictly following process requirements.
2. Equipment Operation and Operational Support
- Safely operate overhead cranes, charging machines, and related equipment for material handling and feeding tasks.
- Provide on-site support to the melting process, including assisting with sampling, slag removal, temperature measurement, and other furnace-front operations.
