The Warehouse Employee ensures the safe and efficient picking, packaging, receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to support ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel business operations and customer demand.
Key Responsibilities

Takes initiatives in the context of Lean Manufacturing such as making improvements with regard to the product, process (efficiency), throughput speeds (routing) and stock control.

Takes care of the daily planning of products to be picked, packed and shipped, checks the execution and adjusts if necessary.

Ensures compliance with work instructions. to guarantee the quality of products.

Contributes to the realization of various KPI’s such as Zero Accidents, (Sales) targets and On Time Performance.

Ensures a safe working environment and monitors compliance with safety regulations such as the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with safe lifting, lifting instructions, etc.
