The Student Assistant is currently enrolled at the university studies that aim at gaining insights into the areas of Computer Science or Applied Industrial Electronics.
This position calls for configuration of Automation and Digitalization solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. The student will also contribute to the enhancement of technical documentation, including operator, installation, and maintenance manuals, to improve user comprehension and maintenance processes. Additionally, the role includes both manual and automated monitoring of asset performances, utilizing scripting to track relevant KPIs effectively. The student is expected to proactively provide suggestions and develop solutions to enhance the overall portfolio of AD solutions, playing a key role in the optimization and innovation of our assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configuration of Automation & Digitalization Solutions and peripheral equipment
- Work on technical documentation improvement (e.g. operator manual, installation manual, maintenance manual, etc.)
- Assist with the technical delivery of A-D projects. Including but not limited to Power, Electrical, Instrumentation, controls, and digitalization engineering based on individual competencies and business needs.
- Manual monitoring of Asset Performances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize process flows between various intercompany departments.
- Writing scripts for automatic monitoring of Asset Performances with relevant KPIs
- Provide suggestions and solutions for improvement of the A-D Solutions portfolio
Who are we looking for?
- Open-minded and proactive
- Basic understanding of Industry 4.0 and Computer Science
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Proficiency in oral and written English
- Student with 1 year into the Studies for a relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science / Applied Industrial Electronics
