The Student Assistant in AD Contract Execution will be primarily responsible for assisting in project execution,  ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. They will also contribute to setting up Projects in SAP, preparing reports and provide support in daily project management tasks. Additionally, the role includes working close with PMO, AD Project Manager, Resource Coordinator to contribute to seamless project delivery. The candidate will be expected to proactively provide suggestions and develop solutions to enhance the overall portfolio of AD Project Execution, playing a key role in the optimization PM Processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality in all carried out work
  • Create Projects in SAP with actual time plan, milestones and As Sold cost calculation.
  • Frequently follow up internally to insure progress and alignment & update dates in SAP
  • Prepare Project Overview and other Progress Reports
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Be part of the shipment preparations
  • Communicate and document the SAP progress, findings and experiences and drive improvements within his/her project which will support AFB operational excellence strategy

 

Qualifications:

  • Open-minded and proactive
  • Basic understanding of Business finance for eg. gross margin percentages and calculations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. 
  • Proficiency in oral and written English


Other requisites:

  • 15-20 hours availability for work per week
  • Currently enrolled in Studies such as Accounting/Business Management/Finance
