The Industry Manager Aqua Feed will be driving the business for Aqua Feed globally. This position holder cultivates relationships with strategic customers and industry partners and proactively develops the business together with the regions, Global Sales & Service and the Industry Director Aqua & Pet . You will shape the strategy and develops solutions together with Product Management ensuring to defend and grow the current Andritz market share for the segment of Aqua Feed. 
The Industry Manager Aqua Feed acts as Deputy for the Industry Director Aqua / Pet. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive strategy and MTP for future direction of the segment Aqua Feed together with the Industry Director of the segment
• Ensure a link between Capital and Aftermarket solutions
• Define with Regions the best channels to market (agents’ selection and management, own resources allocation, …)
• Identify, build and develop relations with the Global Key Account
• Develop differentiating and attractive business strategies/concepts for the markets and applications (cooperation with Product Management of the different PHs, Business innovation and Marketing)
• Develop the product and technology portfolio strategy and innovation roadmap as qualified partner of the Business Innovation and Marketing
• Be a strong partner in Standardization, cost optimization and portfolio development
• Participating in large & complex sales projects lead
• Build, guide & steer the Andritz Feed and Biofuel business development and application networks (using PH & Regions resources)
• Support PH and Regions with their business development and together with them take responsibility for the Order Intake targets
• Implement strategy, turn into actions and harmonize in business approach
• Develop training strategies for maintaining FB workforce up to date and qualify high levels to achieve business goals
• Together with Marketing and Regions deploy strategies to make the customer journey successful
• Participating in exhibitions and conferences
• Ensure product information and solutions are available
• Continuously obtain knowledge about industry and develop strong networks to keep FB as market leader
