As a growing, international company with an ambitious strategy and a vibrant workplace culture, ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is looking for a HR Manager to join our Headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark.
In this role, the HR Manager will advise and support management, the Danish Legal Entity board, and employees on all HR-related matters. The role involves implementing our HR strategy, developing local policies, and fostering engagement across the organization. The HR Manager also acts as Deputy to the Feed & Biofuel Global HR Manager, supporting global teams and driving international HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategy with business goals and support competency development.
- Drive recruitment, people development, performance management, and change programs.
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees to ensure effective rollout of HR tools and initiatives.
- Oversee HR administration for employees in Denmark and abroad.
- Lead succession planning, salary reviews, and people development in collaboration with the Global HR Manager for Feed & Biofuel.
- Participate in the Danish Management Team to help guide organizational direction.
- Advise on Danish employment law and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Drive global HR initiatives in partnership with Global HR leadership.

As a person, you possess:
- Strong advisory and coaching skills
- Fluency in Danish and English (German is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independence, integrity, and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Educational background in Psychology, Business Administration, or HR (MBA or Strategic People Management is a plus)
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant HR experience from a similar position
