As a growing, international company with an ambitious strategy and a vibrant workplace culture, ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark.

 

The HR Business Partner is the driving force in attracting talent and maximizing the employability of the current workforce. In addition, the position holder develops and drives HR processes and projects to enable an employee-centric, high-performance culture. Reporting to the HR Manager Denmark, the HR Business Partner will become part of a global HR team with support from Group HR functions in Austria.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive recruitment process in close collaboration with the hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding: be an active part in the global project team to drive initiatives activating the brand awareness, in close collaboration with the global MarCom team.
  • HR consulting and coaching for employees and managers in Denmark related to the entire employee life-cycle.
  • Facilitate the HR annual wheel including performance management, salary review and Engagement Survey.  
  • Handle HR Operations from onboarding to offboarding; manage HR master data in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Support the HR Manager and the Danish Management team on internal communication.
  • Handle compensation & benefits in close collaboration with payroll function.

You have a positive mindset and think in opportunities rather than in problems. Furthermore, you enjoy working independently, and you quickly get your head around complex topics. 

As a person you possess:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels in the organization.
  • End-to-end process understanding.
  • Analytical and structured approach.
  • Solid experience with HR analytics in MS Excel and HRIS systems
  • Fluency in English; Danish is an advantage but not a must
  • Bachelor or Master degree within Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Relevant HR experience from a similar position in an international organization.
