Job description:

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on variety and takes pride in making day-to-day HR run smoothly? Then this could be your next opportunity.

About the Role

This is a broad, hands-on HR role where you combine reliable day-to-day HR delivery with support for managers and colleagues across the organization. You will report to the Danish HR Manager.

No two days are the same – plans change when new questions or people matters come up, and you enjoy that. At the same time, you are structured and make sure that recurring processes, data, and administration run smoothly and that tasks are followed through.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Manager Support

  • Act as key user for SAP SuccessFactors and maintain accurate HR master data.

  • Handle HR administration across the employee lifecycle – contracts, compensation and benefits, onboarding, offboarding, absence, and collaboration with payroll.

  • Provide day-to-day support to managers and colleagues on employment law, personnel matters, and other HR topics.

  • Coordinate or support recurring HR processes such as salary review, bonus, performance management, and the employee engagement survey.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Deliver relevant HR reporting and analysis that turn data into useful insights for managers.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, and act as local Data Protection Coordinator for HR.

Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment in close collaboration with hiring managers.

  • Organize career fairs and social media activities and keep employer branding material relevant and up to date.

Employee Engagement & Activities

  • Plan and help deliver employee activities throughout the year, such as Motionsugen, Vestkystløbet, the Kids' Christmas Party, Trash Collection Day, step-count challenges, and similar initiatives.

Your Profile

You bring solid experience from a hands-on HR role, ideally in an international organization with both blue- and white-collar employees.

  • You have solid knowledge of Danish employment law and collective agreements, which you apply with both rigor and pragmatism.

  • You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and creating moments that strengthen team spirit.

  • You are comfortable with data and have strong Excel skills. Experience with SharePoint and HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, is an advantage.

  • You are service-minded and find satisfaction in supporting managers and colleagues through high-quality HR delivery.

  • You communicate fluently in Danish and English, verbally and in writing.

What We Offer

At ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel, you join a global organization with opportunities for professional and personal development. The role offers broad exposure, real responsibility, and the chance to make a visible difference in the everyday employee experience.

You will be part of an informal and collaborative workplace with engaged colleagues, room for good humor, and a strong culture of helping one another – supported by an active employee association and a good canteen.
