ANDRITZ Asselin-Thibeau part of ANDRITZ Nonwoven & Textile is looking for QHSE Manager to manage all QHSE activities for ANDRITZ Asselin-Thibeau.
ANDRITZ Nonwoven is one of the leading technology group in many manufacturing processes for nonwovens. We provide state-of-the-art technologies and unique expertise in the installation of complete nonwovens lines. Our brand name "nonwoven eXcellence" stands for certified high-quality performance from forming to finishing: integrated solutions for Needlepunch, Wetlaid, Spunlace and Nonwoven & Textile Calenders. ANDRITZ Nonwoven also contains machinery technology for the nonwovens converting business e.g., diapers, femcare and PPE products.
Products made on ANDRITZ Nonwoven solutions are found in many kinds of end-uses applications, such as automotive, carpeting, filtration, roofing, synthetic leather, hygiene, medical, cosmetics, cleaning and many more. Manmade cellulosic (MMCFs) are regenerated fibers usually made from the dissolved wood pulp or “cellulose” of trees. Viscose, lyocell, and modal are all kinds of manmade cellulosic. They are plant-based, renewable, and so have the potential to be a climate-friendly material if the wood is sourced sustainably and the processing chemicals are handled properly.

QHSE Managers (PNT Product & Project Quality Manager) - Position key responsabilities and tasks :

Manage the QHSE Team in ANDRITZ PNT France and implement a quality, safety, and environmental improvement program with the operational management.

Ensure the implementation, execution and maintenance of the global QHSE management systems and required specific project quality requirements within customer projects.

Manage the workload/capacity of the QHSE Team in ANDRITZ PNT France, coordinate the planned activities to avoid interferences

Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers and suppliers.

Analyze customer complaints and conduct supplier audits.

Ensure the analyze of internal & external nonconformities as well as customer complaints
-
Design and conduct internal training to develop team skills and versatility in line with service needs.

Support the local HSE Manager during Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT)

Conduct QHSE regulatory monitoring and welcome external partners: occupational health, insurance experts, Drire, INRS, CARSAT, verification and certification bodies during audits and/or inspections.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable QHSE laws, regulations, and standards.

Coordination the integration of global and generation of local required QHSE documents.

Assess the efficiency and monitor the QHSE system performance to identifying improvement opportunities on regular basis.

Deploy and ensure compliance with defined strategies and priorities.

Stay up to date and communicate the latest Quality aspects within the locations of the legal entity and customer projects.
