Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and organizing finance-related documents and records.
- Support invoice verification and accounts payable administration.
- Help maintain financial data and records accurately in company systems.
- Assist with expense claim reviews and supporting documentation.
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting preparation.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks as assigned.
- Ensure proper filing and document management in compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team on ad-hoc projects.
 

Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate from Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Available to work part-time for a minimum of 6 months.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or campus organization experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks.
