Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries and purchase request form the customer.
• Provide quotation, advise and recommendation to end customer.
• Responsible for all sales activities, outstanding inquiries, proposal, upgrade, etc.
• Ensure all sales activities to increase order intake and strategic business growth.
• Actively communicate all the technical and commercial issues with product group and product home for fulfilling the customer request and requirement.
• Adhere to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure workplace safety and Health policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
• Responsible for personal safety while working.

Task List:

• Visiting customer in regular basis, meet with the planner; mechanical and process.
• Generate mill visit sales activities, open potential opportunity, all outstanding concerns in MVR (Mill Visit Report).
• Ensure no complain and fulfill customer needs. Working as a Team one spirit.
• Reporting periodic with superior.

Professional Experience/Education:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or any related descipline.
• Minimum 5-10 years in Knowledge and/or experience in Fiberline process and DCS room.
• Have experience in Pulp & Paper Industry.
• Have a good knowledge in Health Safety and Environment in manufacturing area.
• Have a good time management skill.
• Have an excellence negotiation skill.
• Have a very good communication skill.
• Fluent in English both written and verbally.
