Main responsabilities 

We’re seeking a strategic and innovative legal operations professional to drive efficiency, technology adoption, and business alignment within our global legal department. The ideal candidate will: 

• Help the Group General Counsel to define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results; 

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize legal department performance; 

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of advanced legal technologies; 

• Assist the Group General Counsel with budget matters and optimizing workflows within the legal department; 

• Prepare, monitor, and track legal department objectives. Create metrics and trends on key data points aligned to the General Counsel’s key objectives and strategic plan, as well as overall department effectiveness and efficiency; 

• Assist the Legal managers to oversee vendor relationships and outside counsel management to maximize value; 

• Drive process improvement initiatives; 

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration ( IT; Finance Department…) to align legal operations with broader business goals; 

• Maintain a knowledge management system to ensure efficient access to legal resources and information; 

• Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the legal team. 

 

Key qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree; 

• Fluent in English; 

• Strong analytical skills; 

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights; 

• Preferably experience with legal tech platforms, artificial intelligence in the legal space, and/or project management, and change management; 

• Capable of influencing projects and teams, even without formal authority, working well with different departments and fostering a cooperative environment; 

• Excellent communication skills; 

• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 

 

Location

• As a global role, location is not fundamental and can be for example in Brazil or India, but ideally near one of our main offices; 

• Working part time remotely possible.
