ABOUT THE JOB

Role Overview: In this role, you will support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of Global Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics processes. You will work closely with both local HRs and the Global Total Rewards team, ensuring high data quality, compliance, and reliable analyses that enable informed business decisions.

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, high discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive compensation information with professionalism and accuracy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer global Compensation & Benefits programs
  • Support the execution of compensation policies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health & welfare Benefits
  • Coordinate and prepare global incentive programs (short and longterm)
  • Support annual compensation cycles (salary review, bonus processes, job evaluations)
  • Maintain accurate C&B data and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for the HR Team regarding C&B-related topics
  • Support market benchmarking and external reward surveys
  •  

HR Analytics

  • Manage HR reporting concepts and global HR KPIs
  • Prepare regular and adhoc reports and analytics for management and key stakeholders
  • Support data quality enhancements and system audits
  • Interpret HR data and provide insights to support decisionmaking

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

Education & Background

·      Completed commercial college education or equivalent

·      Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards

·      Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and compliance-related topics

·      Experience in an international or matrix organization is an advantage

 

Skills

·      Excellent English skills (written & spoken)

·      Excellent Excel and IT knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

·      Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus

·      High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
