The Team Lead – Digital Solutions will oversee a team responsible for delivering innovative digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and people development to drive operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, compliance requirements, and internal KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, automation, sales, and service) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design and customer proposals.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Establish and track KPIs for team performance and project success.
• Remove barriers to productivity and secure necessary resources.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric culture.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Embody, demonstrate, and reinforce the #1ANDRITZway core values and behaviors and promote a positive work environment.
• Adhere to and actively promote the ANDRITZ 8 Life-Saving Rules in all work activities.

When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Process Control, Automation, Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital transformation roles within industrial or technology sectors
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Experience working in a global or multicultural matrix environment.

 
Other valued experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Expertise in digitalization solutions, SaaS, or industrial automation.
• Familiar with ANDRITZ’s digital mining solutions.
• Experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects.
