Site Administrator

Sallisaw, OK

 

Summary of the role

 

This Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure efficient site execution. Key duties include entering payroll and cost data into the site’s database, processing documentation such as timesheets, expense reports, packing slips, invoices, and health and safety records, and maintaining an organized filing system for site documents. The Site Administrator provides essential support to several areas of the site and is a key part of its success.

 

The following responsibilities form the core of this role: 

 

  • Perform data entry into the site database (Microsoft Access) for both payroll and cost data;
  • Control entry into project site location by ensuring entry for bona-fide visitors only;
  • Offer directions where appropriate and communicate the presence of visitors to Andritz Hydro site personnel;
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll timesheets;
  • Provide administrative assistance for site purchasing (purchase orders, cost tracking, etc);
  • Conduct research; assist with preparing reports needed for site personnel;
  • Ensure proper documentation for new vendors, crew trainings, and other site activities;
  • Filing of paperwork and assistance with onboarding activities.

  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple simultaneous activities;
  • Must be assertive and highly proactive with the ability to adhere to strict reporting deadlines;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative support of a similar nature;
  • Strong foundations of Excel is important;
  • SAP experience is an asset;
  • Strong general computer skills;  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good judgment and demonstrated ability to work independently.
