The Role

Under the direction of  Principal Control Systems Engineer , the Electrical Engineer Intern will be given the opportunity to understand the roles of an Engineer.  By assisting the Engineering Department in various tasks, the person will be able to apply principles from their curriculum to real world applications. The Intern will work with other Electrical Engineers on projects to meet or exceed company targets for projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Key Result Items

•  Research engineering standards and the applications of them.
•  Apply Academic knowledge to hands-on work.
•  Assist engineers in administrative tasks.

Technology

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and CAD software preferred.

Education and Experience

• Currently enrolled or recently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering curriculum.
