Job Description

• Investigation into mechanical issues and root cause analysis
• Responsible for technical proposal preparation, tools design, dissembling, assembling procedures
• Participate in machining process making
• Organize internal and external technical meetings and be responsible for design coordination
• Generator site work including brazing, winding, laminating, corona erosion repairing, site pole repairing etc
• Other tasks assigned by the company
• Site work if required
• 现场机械问题调查及原因分析、问题处理工艺
• 制定技术方案、设计工装及装配工艺
• 机械问题现场技术服务及机加工
• 参与加工工艺的制定
• 主持技术讨论会，负责设计协调联络
• 公司安排的其他工作
• 项目所需的现场工作

Competencies

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
• Above 10 years of desigining experience in hydropower turbine machines
• Good understanding of machining process
• Site experience is required
• Hydraulic layout experience is a plus
• Willingness and ability to do root cause analysis on mechanical problems along with creativity in solutions.
• Willing to travel frequently
• Excellent in communication and coordination
• Good at speaking and written English
• 机械工程学士学位

• 需要有现场经验
• 有液压布局经验者优先
