Job title:  Process Engineering Supervisor

Purpose and Target:

Responsible for assignment, planning and execution of process engineering works, on schedule and on quality.

Bears the technical responsibility for the process engineering, including optimization of process design of ECA products.

Maintains the know-how, organizes trainings and experience sharing and ensures the inventory of talents related to Process Engineering.

For tender projects, clarifies the design basis, proposes a technically viable and competitive solution, prepares the process design for specific projects. If necessary, participate the clarification and negotiation meeting with client as per requirement of proposal manager. Supports the sales and tendering department on tenders.

Provides process design for specific execution projects.

Supervises and supports the execution of Process Engineering works. Ensures delivery on schedule and on quality. Reviews the process design of tender projects and execution projects.

Creation and maintenance of standard engineering documents.

Participate in or take lead for specific R&D projects.

Requirements:

Bachler or Master or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Thermal Engineering or Environmental Engineering.

Or other relative engineering background.

Experience in construction of large-scale plants.

Experience in engineering team management.

Familiar with process engineering calculation and process design.

Experience in R&D of products.

Knowledge of essential applicable technical rules and regulations.

Ability to conduct important negotiations with customers.

Good knowledge on Air Quality Control System products. Experienced in project execution of Air Quality Control System.

Competent in English. Capable in negotiation in English.

Proficiency in MS office, AutoCAD is a must.

Capability of programming (e.g. Visual Basic) is preferred.
