Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Formulate HR regulations and workflow, and be responsible

for its execution;

制订人力资源管理制度和工作流程, 并负责其实施。

  • Be responsible for recruiting, training, remuneration & benefits, performance review, attendance, employee relations, Health & Safety, social insurance, labor disputeemployee activities etc. daily HR work;

负责招聘,培训,薪酬福利,考核,考勤,员工关系,员工健康与安全,社会保险,劳动争议,员工活动等人力资源日常工作。

  • Implement and secure all  related policies, processes and actitivites in compliance with ANDRITZ Global and ANDRITZ China regulations.

执行并确保所有相关政策、流程和活动符合安德里茨全球和安德里茨中国法规。

  • Support on promoting of corporate philosophy and company culture;

协助推动公司理念和企业文化的建设;

  • Internal and external HR reporting;

对内对外人力资源相关报告;

  • Contact with FESCO and government.

FESCO及相关政府机构的联络沟通;

  • Daily office administration management

办公室日常行政工作管理

  • Coordination with ATC Foshan and other Hydro locations

公司总部及水电其他办公室之间的协调;

  • To perform other task assigned by company.

完成公司指派的其他工作。

Education, Professional Experience and Qualification Requirements

学历、专业经验及资质要求

 

Education Background

  • Bachelor degree of Human resource or relevant

人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历

Professional Experience:

  • More than five years HR working experience.

5年以上人力资源工作经验

Qualification / Professional knowledge

  • Be familiar with labour law, labour regulations and relevant HR knowledge;

熟悉劳动法相关法律法规及人力资源管理知识;

  • Good cooperation with team spirit, working under pressure and complex environment;

良好的团队合作精神,能在压力和复杂环境下工作

Language:

  •  Good English in writing, reading and speaking

英文水平良好

Computer skill:

熟练使用Microsoft Office

Others:

  • Good communication skill

良好沟通能力
