Job title:  Director of Mechanical Design & Engineering

Develop and maintain local design capability with local solution and fit to market need in respect of design philosophy and price competition, including basic/detail design of TUR/GEN/MBOP；

Provide support and participate in SR business through out design, manufacturing and site activities；

Lead and organize HCN mechanical design & engineering team and carry out related activities；

Develop and implement overall design plan, monitor design progress and ensure on-time delivery；

Implement and secure all design policies, processes and actitivites in compliance with ANDRITZ Global and ANDRITZ China regulations；

Ensure that design, safety and quality standards of company are followed and product design meet project requirements；

Organize design concept discussion, participate design review meeting and approve design drawing；

Provide technical support for other departments and solve technical problem during project execution, includes issues from workshop and site；

Bid support during sales stage, provide technical solution；

Continuous improvement of design capability and efficiency；

Communicate with Hydro R&D and other design locations, promote knowledge sharing in the organization；

Participate in technical exchange in the hydropower industry；

Show strong leadership by setting clear expectations and developing the skills and competencies of the employees in the teams；

Reinforce the behaviors of #1ANDRITZWay in being a role model to the team and to the whole organization；

Other activities assigned by the company.
