As a P2X Sales Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers in Brazil and globally.
• Build new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones, enabling the identification of customer needs, business models and buying processes in cooperation with global ANDRITZ businesses.
• Drive sales activities, achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to generate future and repeat business.
• Negotiate with customers from sales to order and ensure a smooth handover to project management.
• Report sales activities and pipeline status to division management.
• Prepare sales forecasts and actively manage opportunities using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

 

We expect you to have the following background:

Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental or related fields).

 

We are looking for candidates with the following technical skills:

• Degree-level qualification in an engineering discipline.
• Practical experience in sales of complex industrial plants or solutions.
• Fluent English, ideally with experience working in international teams.
• Good PC skills (e.g. Microsoft 365, CRM – user level).
