- Site Preparation: Establishment of assembly and commissioning specifications, as well as technical documents forming the basis of a site activity order; client meetings.
- Site Activity Planning: Establishment of the preliminary schedule during the sales phase, then detailed at the beginning of the project to sequence the order of manufacturing/engineering.
- Sales Support and Estimation for Site Activities: Sourcing and auditing subcontractors.
- Financial Monitoring: Development of the site activity budget during the sales phase in connection with Sales; management and updating of the budget during assembly, commissioning, and site closure phases.
- Support and Assurance of Management and Closure: Handling returns to the design office, NCRs, and punch lists.
- Selection, Management, and Coordination: Overseeing all personnel (chief, supervisor (SV), logistician, safety, etc.) involved in site supervision, both internal and external.
- Training and Development of SVs: Improving their safety, performance, and skills.
- Ensuring Safety Conditions: Maintaining site safety conditions.
- Workload Planning and Monitoring: Planning and tracking site workloads.
- Relations with External Companies and Group Entities: Providing site supervision personnel.
- Management and Assurance of Documentation: Ensuring the creation and timely delivery of assembly and commissioning documentation.
- Real-Time Information Feedback: Providing real-time information to the Product Management team to ensure effective support for SVs.
- Administrative Formalities Management : Handling visas, travel conditions, expatriation contracts, local tax management, etc., for SVs.
- Assistance with Compliance Formalities: Ensuring compliance with standards and machine certification.
- Experience Feedback Management: Using LMS software for feedback management.
- Site Visits and Availability: Providing technical support and replacement on-site (especially during holidays).
- Client Training Organization: Organizing client training sessions.
- Creation and Animation of an External Supervisors Network.
- Internal and Group Reporting: Supporting client reporting.
- Claims Management: Working closely with the project manager.
- Manual Writing: Drafting various manuals (assembly, maintenance, operating, etc.).
