Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the physical shipping of goods from this facility and warehouse 
organization.

Major Duties: 
 Responsible for all daily duties prioritized by the Area Supervisor 
 Will assure that all UPS shipments are prepared daily 
 Will load and unload trucks 
 Will audit and sign off Bill of Ladings 
 Will assist in receiving procedures 
 Will prepare goods for shipment (i.e. crate, package, etc.) 
 Will assist in obtaining freight quotes for LTL and Airfreight type shipments and prepare Packing 
Slips and Bill of Ladings 
 Will maintain packing tools and supplies 
 Will assure that all shipments are executed per the Scheduled shipment report 
 Will assure that areas of responsibility are well organized and free of congestion 
 Will adhere to the location system staged parts 
 Will kit parts 
 Will conduct cycle counts 
 Will maintain inventory accuracy and minimum/maximum stock levels 
 Will assist QA at times with incoming inspection of parts 
 Overtime as required

as required

 Willing and able to make local deliveries when needed. 

Basic Skills: 
Basic computer skills, ability to operate power tools (circular saw, nail gun), forklift and good 
organizational skills 
SAP and Freight programs a plus 
Capable of reading ID/OD Micrometers, calibers and tape measure (American Standards/Metric) 
Requires minimum of a High School diploma 
Requires a valid driver’s license 

Relationship: 
Daily interface with Production, Spare Parts, Quality Control and Materials
