As a CRM Support Consultant, your main responsibilities will be:
• Technical User Support and User Management;
• Problem and Incident handling: diagnose and troubleshoot application problems, compose clear, concise, descriptive bug reports;
• Service requests handling: database exports/imports, data quality management.
• Dispatching of tickets;
• Analyze, identify, and capture optimization possibilities in applications and support processes;
• Contribution to data quality and usability of applications;
• Communication of user feedback to Product Management;
• Participation in building up the support knowledge base and compilation of user documentation;
• Collaboration with Product Management, Developers, Quality Assurance Team, and Business Partners.
We expect you to have the following academic background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration (with IT focus), Data Analytics, or Information Technology.
We are looking for candidates with the following technical skills:
• Oracle database and SQL knowledge, PL/SQL basics;
• Strong MS Excel skills;
• At least 1 year of experience in CRM support;
• Mandatory Advanced/Fluent English.
