Job title:  Vibration Specialist

Main activities:

• Develop and update standard maintenance procedures (Vibration Products and Monitoring services)
• Develop technical portifolio (sucess cases) to support sales
• Performe customer’s assessment to support sales
• Lead technical discussion with the client
• Develop technical proposal based on the assessment result and the customer needes (number of sensors, base station, number of sensors per equipment, alarm setup strategy)
• Support contract mobilization, comissioning and startup
• Collect data in the field / routes using measuring instruments (vibration, temperature, noise, photographic and thermographic images)
• Vibration analysis and equipment diagnosis with high complexity offline and online
• Vibration system management (alarms/alerts condition and condition of the system itself)
• Perform the measurement and diagnosis of low speed equipment using the set of multi parameters like (Vibration, Acoustic Emission, Lubricant Analysis, per ANDRITZ Slow Speed Bearing Monitoring procedures);
• Lead on-line monitoring team and field service team
• Train on-line monitoring team workforce
• Train field service team workforce

Level of Experience Required:

• Over 5 year expirince with vibration analysis and reliability engineering
• Over 5 year expirence at the Pulp and Paper Business

Education (required):

• Bachelors degree
• Vibration Analysis Iso Category II or higher
