Implement the global Product Group / Home targets and guidelines in the Regions to
secure development and management of competitive product and process solutions

 

Provide technical and technological Service for related products


Provide on-site technical Services based on minimum 50% of the active working time.


Manage Service Jobs and specific tasks in Capital jobs. Planning and preparation for the
job, co-ordination with the customer before, during and at hand over when job is
finalized.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support project management and order execution with on-site Service activities and
management for respective products;


Perform technical Services (on-site, mechanical and process) for the respective
products, including inspections, start-up Services, troubleshooting, audits and
installation.


Safety review and safety planning for each job before job starts.

 

On-site Service job planning (technical, resource, manpower, etc.


Create and issue reports of all Service activities


Cooperate in claim management for projects in execution


Data collection for production lines, own & competitor equipment (collection of own and
competitor data like installed base, manuals, drawings, project and operational data)


Technical support for back office and in-house sales


Provide sales support (customer meetings & visits, presentations, mill visit reporting)

 

SUPPORTING TASKS:

Cooperate and contribute (globally) in the innovation and development process: support
product management.

 

Contribute on input for sales & marketing material and internal & external training.

 

If needed prepare purchasing requisitions with required drawing and specification
packages for purchases.


Communicate and coordinate as required with equipment supply vendors throughout the
project.


Participate supplier control activities for schedule and quality complianc
