EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years experience in field service for recovery and power boilers.
• Familiarity with Evaporators operation and mechanical inspections
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.  Other languages are a plus.
• Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties.

• Boiler inspections.
• Boiler combustion tuning and optimization.
• Evaporator mechanical inspections.
• Pre-commissioning and start-up of rebuilds and new installations.
• Erection support.
• Communicate with internal engineering on equipment issues.
• Customer training for Andritz equipment and systems.
• Smelt pumping support.
• This position requires extensive travel primarily within North America
