Job title:  Cash Application Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Cash receipt processing (deposits, logging of receipt in excel, posting trx in SAP)
• Cash receipt research in SAP (regards to payment history, multiple legal entities, multiple bank accounts)
• Miscellaneous Invoicing (rebilling of items between sister companies)
• Manual entry of bank transactions
• Filing as needed
• Journal Entries - corrections, reclassifications

Requirements:

• SAP Experience preferred; not required
• 5 years’ work history in similar position 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Good communication skills 
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Multi-Currency (USD,EUR,CAD, etc) 
• Minimum Associates Degree
• Ability to work independently as well as contributing to the team
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to interact with all levels in an organization
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical thinking skills
