Job Responsibilities

• Process cash receipts, including deposits, logging receipts in Excel, and posting transactions in SAP.
• Research cash receipts in SAP, including payment history across multiple legal entities and bank accounts.
• Perform high-volume, repetitive data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Research and resolve complex payment discrepancies.
• Prepare miscellaneous invoicing, including rebilling items between sister companies.
• Manually enter bank transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, including corrections and reclassifications.
• Maintain filing and supporting documentation as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience working with multiple currencies, including USD, EUR, CAD, and others.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking and proven problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable adapting to change and shifting priorities in a fast-moving team environment.
• Maintains a positive attitude when working under tight deadlines.
• Ability to remain focused under month-end closing pressure.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and apply it to improve future work.
