Are you ready to take on an exciting role in an international environment? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Arae Sales Manager Iberia for Capital Sales (m/f/d) to join our ANDRITZ Separation team.
The location of the job is Spain, either in our office in Algete or home office (Spain)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global business goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in environmental and food sectors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, agents, and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent ANDRITZ at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Expertise:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Food Technology) or Business Administration with strong technical affinity.
- Strong command of Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus, specially Portuguese.
Competencies:
- Sales & Negotiation: Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Iberian market, including key players, regulations, and industry trends.
- CRM & Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and digital sales tools.
